Once you sign up, you'll be asked to complete a survey. That will help determine the specific areas of growth you want to focus on, as well as, the types of books you enjoy most. We'll plug those facts and figures into the idea machine, then send you curated books and guides that address those specific areas.

How do I pay for my personalized GrowBox
We make it easy for you! We offer three different subscription levels that renew automatically. You can pay by the month and your card will be charged on the same day each month. If you are on the quarterly plan, your card will be billed 3 months from the date of your previous quarterly charge (i.e. If you join on March 3, your next renewal date will be June 3). If you are on the annual plan, your card will be charged on the anniversary of your initial purchase. As a recurring member, your GrowBox will be reserved for you, ensuring you receive one, even if we sell out! (Remember, the Boxes are shipped every 6 months, so you will not receive a box with every payment.) You can cancel the service at any time.

OK, I signed up. When will my box ship?
Because each box is tailored to the individual subscriber, it can take a few days to prepare. Typically, a GrowBox will be ready to ship within 10-14 business days of you completing the personal growth survey.

Can you tell me what the surprise is in my box?
Yes, we could... but where's the fun in that? Just think of us as Santa Clause. That way, Christmas comes TWICE a year. Plus the actual Christmas holiday. So you know... Three Christmases!!! :)

What if I've already read the book that comes in my box?
Our unique survey is designed to reduce the likelihood of this happening to a "getting-struck-by-lightening-twice" type of scenario. However, if you do get a duplicate book (in addition to not going outside), here's what we suggest. Since we are only selecting REALLY GOOD BOOKS our recommendation is to read it again (this time with the guide that comes with it) and then give the extra copy away to someone else who would benefit from it.

What if some of the items in my box are damaged/broken during shipping?
Occasionally something gets damaged in transit (Have you seen the opening scene of Ace Ventura?). If something arrives broken, don't worry; we'll take care of it. Just send us an email and let us know what's wrong. Then we will handle the details of returning the damaged products and getting a replacement at no additional cost.
