Our practical experience has been paired with intense academic training. Michael completed a PhD from one of the top-ranked theology programs in the world at Durham University in the United Kingdom. In addition to full-time ministry roles, we are both certified coaches and have been helping other ministry leaders for over 5 years. Our hearts beat for pastoral families.
